1: Every little bit helps.
This is an action-step knowing I have changed for myself.
My previous knowing was “do it all at once and in the right order”. It was also concomitant with other knowing‘s such as “do it right or don’t do it at all”; and “get it done now”; and others I don’t have verbalization for right now.
This knowing changes me, moment-by-moment. Actively, consciously, and constantly my decisions are based on the lodestar “every little bit helps”.
The previous knowing made my life miserable. I was well and goodly stuck (physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and in spirit) nearly all the time. I was also gnawed on, chewed up, and spat about by feelings of guilt, blame, and shame.
Yep, I like knowing and acting on “every little bit helps”.
2: Practice is Now
This is an action-step “knowing” I change for myself and form into a habit.
There’s more, and words will be coming.
***This is a check-back-on-it process.
I re-define this knowing for myself.

4: Everyone is on “the” continuum
5: Languaging Matters
6: Release vs Trash
That’s not the title of meaning I want for this section, however, it is planted in the spirit of “every little bit helps”.
